This was a piece of my roof after the storm went through on Sunday March 8, 2009.  Thankfully we only lost a few shingles.

Can you believe I ran into a girl that my daughter Melissa went to grade school and girl scouts with?  I was amazed.  She works at Disney and recognized me.

This was the view from our balcony at the hotel.  We stayed at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and saw animals roaming free outside our room each day.

This is a carving that was done on a tree at Animal Kingdom.  This tree is VERY large they have a 3D show inside this tree that is pretty cool.  The tree is called the Tree of Life and the show is called A Bugs Life.

Disney World Vacation 2009

This is on a ride at Epcot called FastTrack!  You are in this car and you go through a series of tests (like test dummies) and at the end you go about 60 miles an hour around a race track.  What a rush!!

This was 3 guys that just stopped in the middle of Epcot and started playing on trash cans with drumsticks.  Very talented.

Disney likes to come up with new ways to grow things and this is a backstage tour of a facility that they have where they can grow things without dirt.  This is an example of pumpkins growing on a vine out of the ground.

Who wouldn't enjoy a live show of Beauty and the Beast.

Walt Disney World Vacation Feb 2009

In the queue line at the Star Tours Ride at Hollywood Studios.

Awesome car show at Hollywood Studios.  A motorcycle goes through this fire and the rider falls off and catches on fire for about a minute, then they spray him down to put out the fire.  I couldn't actually catch the motorcycle rider on tape because it was too fast.

Hollywood Studios has a live American Idol audition that the audience votes on.  The winner of the day gets to try out for the real American Idol.  It was pretty fun!

This is while we were standing in the queue line at one of our favorite rides.  This ride is actually a 4D ride that you get to shoot targets with 4D glasses on.  It is the most fun!!!
